Step 1: start of the online application

Before scheduling a visa appointment, you need to fill in an online visa application, and this can only be done once you have received your DS-2019 form.

  • You apply by through this link.
  • You will choose the local embassy or consulate where you would like to have your visa appointment and click “Start an application”
  • Write down your application ID/number as you will need it later.
